Why can’t I just say what I really want to say the moment I want to say it. Instead, I let it soak inside until I feel heavy and tears start to flood my face

I kind of wanted to get into an argument with these ladies tonight and test my true strength. But I find as soon as my blood boils I start to shake and I say stupid things like, “You are VERY rude sir!” and probably tonight with, “You ladies ARE horrible, we are not here for a fight but to enjoy!”.

I guess in the end, it’s better I keep my thoughts to myself.
